  • 60" x 144" Moving table, Heavy Duty fixed bridge machine in a front-to-back configuration with a 2" thick solid cast aluminum table
  • (2) 16 HP Spindle motors with quick change, 30 taped, (1) spindle has a front mount ride along 8-position tool changer, variable speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM with manual adjustment spacing from 15.5" to 30"
  • All axes ride on THK linear guide ways with motion provided by closed-loop AC Servo motors driving precision preloaded ball screws, up to 1,200 IPM rapid traverse rates. All ball screw and way bearings are serviced by an automatic lubrication system
  • GE/FANUC "OMC" Series computer control with: 9" High resolution CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation, RS-232 port, hand held controller. Features: Background editing, self-diagnostic, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, cutter & tool length compensation, and feed rate & spindle speed override
  • 40 HP QUINCY vacuum pump, assorted tool-holders and documentation.
